What we as humans do not know is that we were all created with wings...
Since the very beginning of the world humans had wings, These humans were later granted eternal life and called 'Angels'. However, many events happened. Humans began to sin and had their wings stripped from them, doomed to wander the earth until their death. Since these events humans who were pure enough or faithful enough to get into Heaven Recieved their wings.
The forces of Hades, grew jealous of the mortals and decided to walk on earth to tempt the humans and drag them into the underworld. Seeing this God assigned guardian angels to the humans to apper in mortal form and guide the humans to purity. However these attempts often failed and the forces of Hades seemed on the verge of Rising again.
A small group of Angels decided they could put up with the suffering of the world no longer and chose to go amongst the humans, wings revealed, and teach the humans how to find their own wings... Before evil once again rose.
However... These angels were frowned upon, though allowed to keep their wings they were outcast to Terra.
The year is 2113 And the balance between Heaven and Hades is balanced on a razor's edge.
