It was cold, the zenith in a lucid shamble. The zephyrs danced against large avian veils, as two sleek black boots touched ground without a sound.. Heels setting down onto the ominous firma, setting his weight. Orn scoured the perimeter looking for any sign of another being. Obsidian dreads picked up ghoulishly in the foggy ore of the evening. Veils tucked against a long black cloak that trailed along the topography. Breath spewed from his core as the male sighed in mere boredom. "Apparently they're not a lively bunch.." Damiex spat sarcastically to himself as he began to take long strides along a narrow gravel pathway. Pausing momentairly, golden optic set itself upon a small alter smothered in charred vines and hanging from its ceiling were the corpses of spoiled roses.

His fingers ran smoothly over the crisped petals of the flora.. He observed as it fell apart in a mere second. Lifting his chin, he searched for any others that were keen to approach. Who dared to lead these peoples? Who dared challenge Damiex for leadership.. "If none are here to command.. then I shall take that burden." he spat cooly

The alure of the complex made all five of his senses tingle with curiosity, disgust, and intrigue. Each contour of the frame work, every knotch in the marble stone, the monument was all too middle age. Damiex ran his fingers along a smooth curve on one of the five pillars, dragging his nails and watching the dust from the stone snow to the base of the slab. Yet, in an instant his attention was consumed by something.. someone else.. Turning around abruptly, he watched as a beautiful young girl strode forth from the shadows. She was gently running her long fingers against the wall, approaching from the silence. A smirk lined his lips as he took a step forward, mild humor seeping from his pharynx like song.. "Ah, and yet I thought I was the only one here.. Stepping an inch more towards the damsel, Damiex held his right arm across his waist and bent over in a bow. Raising his chin he spoke with eerie warmth.. "And what may I call you my dear?"

Smirk now plastered across his lips, Damiex reached out smoothly with his right hand, he cuped her left hand and placed a gentle kiss upon her soft skin. In smooth tones he replied "Ah, a pleasure it is to meet you dear Scarlet." Standing erect from his bow, he ran his left hand through his thick ebon dreads, twisting the locks around one of his fingers and observing a cobb-webb that had attatched itself to him upon entering the alter. Clearing his throat he spoke his deeming "Call me Damiex." Dusting off his long cloak, and tightening the waist buckle, he inquired "So, what would a beauty like yourself be interested with in the confines of this old relic?" Her beauty did not escape his sights.. but he could not approach such the subject and saw that only small talk was neccesary for now.
